The room at Segara Anak Hotel was so cozy, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. It felt like a home away from home! I loved that the double room had a tile/marble floor, giving it a sleek and modern feel. It was such a refreshing change! The twin/double room had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The garden view from the double room was absolutely lovely. Waking up to such a peaceful sight was a great way to start the day.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the hot/cold shower in the rooms. It took some getting used to, but others might enjoy it.

Despite the high cost we paid for our new year stay, we enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the beach and the excellent views we had from our room. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The pool was well-maintained and offered a great place to cool off during the hot days.
Our overall experience was tainted by the poor quality of the room. The air conditioning was faulty and did not work properly, leaving us sweating and unable to sleep comfortably.
